Do you tend to overthink about well… everything? “Should I?” “Can I?” “Am I able?” “ What if?” Friend it’s time to realize over thinking is simply a trust issue. 1. We don’t trust ourselves 2. We don’t trust God. Overthinking stems from doubt, which creates anxiety that causes stress and well we know stress causes a lot of different issues. I don’t know who needs to hear this but WE CANNOT CONTROL EVERY THING. Make a decision, stick with it and follow through. Proverbs 3:5 says to trust in the lord. Jeremiah 29:11 says that he has a plan for you. Trust that.
